Same Day Shipping Guarantee

We understand the importance of getting the items you need as quickly as possible, and why we hold ourselves to a high standard.

Orders processed by 2PM CST Monday to Friday ship the SAME day!

This guarantee is for items in-stock and excludes holidays.

General Shipping

In stock items will ship in 24 to 48 hours. In most cases, however, if you place an order before 2:00pm ET and the requested item(s) are in stock, it will ship the same day. Whereas, if an item on your order needs to be drop-shipped for any reason, we’ll make sure that it ships out as quickly as possible! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require special shipping options.

Shipping Boundaries

We are currently working to expand our shipping boundaries outside of the 48 contiguous states. If you experience any issues with shipping to your region - please contact us for support!

Shipping Delays

During the Holiday Season, our most economical shipping options are most affected by the natural influx of shipping that occurs - even premium shipping options may be delayed. For this reason, all carriers have issued disclaimers about shipping times and most have removed their guarantees. For time critical delivery needs please call us to discuss your best options.

Plimpton Innovations, LLC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, supplier lead-time changes, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency. Any quotes, lead-times, or shipping dates provided by Plimpton Innovations, LLC are estimates only and are subject to change!. Plimpton Innovations, LLC also reserves the right to use multiple suppliers to support any and all production demands!
